I love food. A lot. And over the years, my love for food has shifted from being solely a deliciously indulgent experience, to an appreciation for the power it has as the foundation of living an awesome life. This shift came as a result of a travel bug. No, not a parasite picked up from a third world country but rather my insatiable hunger to travel the world and adopt the cultural diets that came with every new stamp on my passport. These culinary shifts completely transformed the way I felt, both mentally and physically, for better or for worse, depending on where I was. Returning to a standard North America diet after my time abroad, always brought on a cycle of digestive and skin issues, some unwanted post-travel pounds and a dark cloud hanging over my typically sunny disposition. [Insert aha moment here]. This made me realize that it wasn’t that I was restricting my calories (as typical “diet” guidelines recommend) that helped me lose the weight or that I had acquired a fancy new face cream to cure my skin issues. It was about the types and quality of the foods I was enjoying. No packages, no labels, it was just real food.

As a Holistic Nutritionist, my mission is to support people in living their most vibrant and authentic life by providing 1-on-1 nutritional consultations, workshops, webinars, seriously delicious meal plans, and group programs.
