Meet Jade.
She’s a bit of a sassy gal but not too sassy. Not too sweet, not too sour and just the right amount of everything. She likes to keep things balanced. But don’t under estimate her. She’ll have you running laps or writing novels in no time flat! I can attest, I haven’t written on my blog in about 3 weeks but a few sips of her and here I am. Motivated, clear minded and eager to share her beauty with you, my lovely readers. Here’s a little breakdown about why Jade is my new fave gal pal.
What she’s all about:
Keeping you hydrated!
Researchers suggest that approximately 75% of us are chronically dehydrated! This means major problems for your skin, energy levels, digestion, weight and pre-mature aging not to mention your poor little shrivelled up little cells & organs can’t function properly! Cucumbers and celery are some of the most hydrating veggies you can eat or in this case drink!
Keeping you Nutriated!
Okay I made that word up, but it sounded fun and rhymes with hydrated. Jade packs a nutrients punch in one lovely little glass. In order to get the same amount of nutrients you would have to eat 2 celery stalks, a cucumber, an apple, a lime, and 3 stalks of kale. Not impossible but Jade makes it more fun and portable! Jade is such a nice gal that she even pre-digests all the veggie & fruit goodness for you leaving you with ready available nutrients that are easily absorbed by your body.
Keeping your cells happy!
Jade is named after her beautiful green complexion which is a major indicator that she loves your cells. Green pigmented veggies usually means they are packed with minerals which have an alkalinizing effect of your body. And guess what? Cells love swimming around in an slightly alkaline environment! Why is that important? You my friend, are made up of over 50 trillion cells that need to be happy and healthy in to keep you running like a well-oiled machine.
